Access – Access through gates at the front of the school to the car park. 

Timing –  Arrive 10.40. Set up. Toilet break. Ready in seats at 11.10.  to start playing at 11.15

I have allowed a bit more time for setting up taking account of the time to get into car park and through to playing space. 

Please factor in time to get through the school’s signing-in procedure which will probably be in place for child safeguarding.  I would guess that the procedure will be to report to reception on arrival, and they will guide us to the venue.
