Priddy Folk Festival; Sunday 14th July 

Dear BVB

Looking forward to the   big day   and a chance to show our best this coming Sunday .

We are playing from 11.00- 12.30 . My hope is for a prompt start and to finish slightly earlier . 

The village hall is open from 10. 30 but David Francis the organiser has asked if it can be opened earlier at 10.00. 

Alison is working on site so will be there for us .

Please leave plenty of time to get to Priddy and negotiate the site as the village hall is slightly away from the centre  – it is worth looking at their website  The seating plan prepared by Lyn is very similar to Sunday’s rehearsal with access planned in   for readers/ singers   to the front 

Bring a picnic if you would like to join   to eat together afterwards .. and something to sit on .. check your music and the playlist, so you are as prepared as possible , wear your most brilliant and bright 1850’s outfits and decorate your stands with flowers .
This is a great opportunity for us . Let’s go for it
