Portishead Seniors Oct 15th 2.00-3.30pm, Folk Hall, 95, High Street, Portishead, BS20 6PR
Please arrive by 1.45. There will be 15mins for you to set up (stands, music and instruments etc) and then we will go to the ‘Green room’ whilst they have their meeting which should be finished by 2.20pm.
We will then enter and start our performance. Timed to run from 2.30 – 3.25pm. Then there will be the tea break. The hall has to be cleared by 4pm.
Parking. There is a dedicated car park directly opposite the hall. However it is often nearly full and there is usually street parking close to the Folk Hall. The large car park at Somerset Hall is also a possibolity.
Dress. Winter hats, decorated for a colourful autumn/winter. Black/green trousers/skirts.
