6.30 Church open  Green room available to unpack.  Singers and mixed consort use the time to warm up

7.05 call to assemble on stage 

7.10   Band warm  up on stage – probably Let Union be  (It will be possible to stay on stage when we have ‘warmed up‘ but quick trips off stage are permitted. It is an ‘ale house start’ so you can ostentatiously chat to you neighbour if you wish! Harry may  play to warm up his concertina fingers – if you want to join in – good.. but the same tune please

7.15 Briggy and John Mills warm up the crowd

7.25 Procession in place at back of hall. Band in place on stage 

7.30 Performance starts after the committee meeting of AHS
