Message from Liz:

Many thanks to all those BVB members who created such a good atmosphere with their jolly playing at the Clift Road Street Party ( last Saturday ) and at Party in the Park-  yesterday. Particular thanks to Sarah for getting us the Clift Road Booking  ( and ‘MC ing ‘ it with such style ) . The total collection  for the two gigs was just over £100 which will swell band coffers nicely  .

 The Street Party season is now drawing to a close .. but please keep your eyes open for bookings for next year 2019 ,- as we seem to be very welcome on such occasions .

Looking forward to seeing as many BVB  members as possible for the  Long Ashton Apple Day 7th October 3- 4 pm  – and if possible the practice  beforehand ,at the Youth Hall 7.30 on Friday 5th October . The playlist will go up next weekend and will reflect the  Autumn / Harvest season . They have asked for dancing – and Anne is calling .
