Assemble 11.30 am, play 12 noon – 12.45 in front of the library (outdoors, hardstanding) Park in the shopping centre car park. There are toilets in the library. There is no green room, although you can use the organisers tent in the park if needed, as last time (but it’s not secure). Travel light.

Thursday 23 July, Pensford Evergreens, 7.30pm Pensford Memorial Hall, Publow Lane, Pensford, BS39 4HW Timings:
arrive from 6.30 pm – we assemble in the room at the back of the hall and need to be ready before the opening business announcements
7.15 Opening business announcements (planned coach trips etc), then we start
8.00 End of first half
Break for raffle 20 minutes. Tea and biscuits for the band. Band are advised NOT to
buy a ticket
8.20 ‘drift ‘ back re-start
8.57 Thanks and brief prayer
9 pm We finish on the dot – or they get up and leave
NB The timing needs to be a bit flexible – real-time negotiations with their chair – “shall we
break after the next number?” etc. The break could be anything from 15 to 20 minutes
