Saturday 2 February 2019 -Wassail for Feed Bristol (Avon Wildlife Trust), Frenchay

Brigstowe Village Band have been invited to take part in a Wassail event in aid of Feed Bristol (Avon Wildlife Trust), Frenchay Park Road, Bristol, BS16 1HB on Saturday 2 February 2019 playing from 1.40 – 3pm approx.

Long stay parking will be available in Begbrooke Social Club, Frenchay Park Road, BS16 1HY (approx 200yds up road). Limited parking on site – disability spaces and dropping off space for instruments etc.)

We will play under an awning if the weather is dry and mild or in a heated classroom if wet or cold. There will be limited seating (wooden benches). Free hot food (vegan stew) can be supplied.

This is a public event. The event will start around 12 noon and the programme will comprise:

1.00pm              Feed Bristol Mummers Play

1.20 – 1.30pm   Wassail songs

1.30pm              Wassail ceremony at fruit trees

1.40pm              Brigstowe Village Band

Setlist will be available nearer the time.
